Our Premium Support provides direct access to professional product assistance with priority bug fixing and guidance for installation, upgrades, or migration. Critical issues are covered by an SLA with next business day response time. When reasonable and technically possible, we can also implement new functionality based on customer requests. In addition, Premium Support includes report automation and customization, allowing you to generate reports in graphs, CSV, PDF, or XLS format automatically.

Yes, you can start with the free edition and later upgrade to Premium Support. All previously collected data will remain available.
